Own bathroom, shower, loo. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, hob. 5 mins by car from village centre, 15 mins scenic walking through woods. 10 minutes walk from Railway Station. Beautifully decorated. Quiet location in culdesac with own drive.
Also can use 2 rooms in main house. Adjoining door in kitchen.
Owner has own yacht and contacts and is happy to help with info etc.
Can do b & b or just hire of accommodation.
