EVENT MANAGEMENT

Orange tree specialises in corporate event management helping companies design and implement dynamic events to match their objectives whether it be fully-facilitated team building, staff or client hospitality or purely a fun day. EVENT SPECIFICATION

At the discussion stage the client will be allocated a project manager whose job it is to identify the objectives of the event following detailed discussions between the parties. With larger projects this may involve visiting the client and /or the venue.

An outline event specification and quotation would be produced in the initial stages. This will be enhanced as the project progresses.

STAFFING

The project manager will be responsible for seeing the corporate event through to the conclusion along with the relevant support staff on-site.

Fully-qualified trainers / facilitators are used in the field as appropriate.

VENUE

We cover the whole of the South of England and have a large number of excellent venues to choose from. The location will be chosen to be relevant to the coporate event and accessible to the client.

TRANSPORT

We will organise all the transport required for the event and where delegates are providing their own transport, we will ensure location maps and suggested travel times are provided.

When accommodation and / or conference facilities are required, we will select the most appropriate hotel to suit the budget.

ACTIVITIES

The client will generally have a clear picture of the activities they want to participate in. We have a wide experience in land and water events and can offer single or multiple activity events ranging from 2 hours to 3 days. CATERING

Restaurant bookings can be made for the client according to preference. When on site we can organise buffets, packed lunches and barbecues. Delegate preferences will be taken into account.

DOCUMENTATION

We will provide a detailed schedule for the event, the delegate team lists, name badges, venue finding instructions etc. All activities are covered by strict health and safety policies - personal insurance can be provided where required.

EVENT COMPLETION

We will ensure that at the end of the day the delegates leave with fantastic memories and as such we can lay on a post-event celebration and prizegiving as appropriate.
