CLIENT : Top communications company
OBJECTIVES : To take 150 people from different departments on a fun team building day in Hampshire with the aim of fun and competition.
THE EVENT : An 'Its a knockout' day in the grounds of a prestigious hotel near Portsmouth.
SUMMARY : The clients traveled down by car and met for breakfast in the hotel. A briefing was given and 12 teams assigned. 10 challenges were set up including laser clays, blind tent-building challenge, sheep herding, human table football and a castle water challenge. An energising session started the proceedings and the teams took part in each challenge in turn. A buffet lunch was provided outdoors and the challenges carried on through to 16:00. A debriefing was held with a drink in the hotel and a prizegiving
