Orange Tree offer a number of indoor team building activities. The activity will be run by experienced facilitators and overseen by Orange Tree Events organisers.

It is essential to help our clients develop their business and also ensure that their colleagues understand the strengths of the people that they work with on a day-to-day basis. Orange Tree have a range of team building challenges which are designed to tackle some of the issues in the workplace such as time management, delegation, working as a unit and making the most of your colleagues individual strengths to gain the best from all essential members of a Team. *NEW........* TERRARIUM WORKSHOP Join us to learn how to make your own Terrarium. Create a unique and beautiful self-watering garden in a jar to bring a touch of nature inside of your home or office. Planning your Summer Event or just looking for something fun for your team to do? Try something new and invite us along to run a terrarium workshop for your group.
CSI CHALLENGE Test yourself, push boundaries and open your eyes to the challenges faced by Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators. The event is lead by senior Ex-Scotland Yard Detectives, is the most immersive and thrilling experience there is. Be entertained and captivated through a series of forensic challenges, giving you the opportunity to solve cases through the actual methods employed by real Crime Scene Investigators.
BAKING CHALLENGE During the ‘Baking Challenge’ teams will be tasked with creating three, mind blowing ‘bakes’ including a signature bake, a technical bake, and of course, a showstopper. Depending upon how well the teams progress, we may even stretch their culinary skills even further with a bonus ‘mystery bake’. At the end of the allotted time our expert pastry chef will judge each category, awarding points for creativity, skill and taste before declaring which team will be named ‘Star Bakers’!
TEAM ARTWORK You and your team reproduce a work of art onto giant canvasses. Each sub-team will be assigned to a canvass; they will then be given one part of the whole picture, which they must reproduce onto their canvass. Participants soon realise that team unity and collaboration is needed, if the canvasses are to come together seamlessly at the end of the activity. Tactics and strategy then come into play!
CIRCUS SKILLS AND ART CLASS A fascinating indoor mix of 2 contrasting sessions. In the first delegates are trained in basic artistic skills and each create a watercolour. Most people completely outperform there expectations in this 'redicovering your potential' session. In the next section the clas will face up to a new challenge and learn and perform a number of circus skills including plate spinning, juggling, diabolo and ending in an exciting knife catching scenario.
HELLS BELLS A high-class, indoor product with a toy box feel that offers intrigue, ingenuity and invention, while pushing the boundaries of balance, logic, gravity, kinetic energy and the uses of plywood! This event culminates in the assembly of 12 beautifully coloured sculptures with each ‘sculpture’ forming a "working machine" in its own right. The finale ending is spectacular and results in a genuine group sense of achievement!
THE MOLE The Mole is a ‘top secret’ corporate team building activity where suspense and anticipation hold you rapt and absorbed from the beginning to the end of your mission. The aim is to reveal the identity of The Mole. You will be part of a team of covert investigators united as you face the challenges to unravel a case hampered by red herrings and dead ends. Riddles and puzzles, questions and realisations weave through the event.
INDEPENDENT PRODUCTIONS Working with video cameras, props and a free reign, your challenge is to produce a hard hitting, attention grabbing, and entertaining film. To whet your appetite your first task is to draw a mystery envelope containing your team’s film style. These range from ‘Action Thriller’ and ‘Spaghetti Western’ to the traditional British ‘Carry On’ films. The final cut will decide the master piece and the winning production team.
